Tenant Planet had been managing the place I'm renting since I moved in. I had pleasure working with Lynda and Anzar recently regarding couple workorders I've submitted. Lynda assisted me with issue (door hinge could no longer screw in to the door) regarding one of the bedroom door. She had assigned a vendor and had the vendor recommendation approved in no time. Now, we got our privacy again and can now use our portable AC in this room. Thanks, Lynda! Now, I've worked with Anzar previously before and was very happy with the service he provided. This latest one is in regards to the Freezer/Refrigerator not getting cold enough. I tried cleaning underneath and the back of the fridge thinking maybe debris or something preventing the air flow. No luck so decided to open a ticket. This is issue causing some food/meat to go bad. As soon as submitted the ticket, Anzar was quickly to respond and got the vendor assigned in no time. Vendor called me and schedule the visit the next day. Vendor quickly identified the issue and Fridge is back to normal. Really appreciate the quick response and the follow up by Anzar. I’ve had a really great experience with Tenant Planet. I really appreciate how easy it is to get ahold of someone in the office and how friendly and helpful everyone has always been whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help with something regarding my unit or the property. I especially want to recognize Menahil Javed. She is always so helpful and understanding, and I really appreciate how easy she is to communicate with. Whether I’m able to speak with her right away or she needs to get back to me, she actually follows up with a call or email. I’m sure she has a million things going on throughout the day as the office manager, so I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure my questions or concerns are addressed. I was pleased with the way way the maintenance issued was handled by Umer. He was very responsive, professional and did a good job coordinating the necessary steps and troubleshooting the issue. There was a minor hiccup during the process but he followed through and the problem was ultimately resolved. I appreciate the efforts and communication throughout the process.
